Our Warranty: Lifetime

At humangear, we obsess over our products and constantly strive to make them amazing. And we stand behind them once they leave our doors. We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on everything we make. If there's something wrong with one of your products, we will do everything we can to make it right.

Note: If you're looking for a replacement cap for your GoToob because it's lost or needs replacing for a non-warranty issue ("my dog ate it"), then please head over to the GoToob cap replacement page and you can order some replacements there. However, if you have a warranty issue, then please fill out the Warranty Request Form below. If your warranty request does not fit within this form or you’d prefer not to use the form, please email your full name, shipping address, explanation of the issue, and a photo of your issue to service@humangear.com.

AfterLife Program

While our products are made of extremely durable materials, we also recognize that even ridiculously good products can die. Many of our products are recyclable and we encourage our customers to recycle where they can. We have also begun what we call the “AfterLife” program. With AfterLife, we invite our customers to send worn out items back to us and we commit to collecting those and forwarding them onto specialty recyclers or repurposing businesses that can use the old materials for new products. It’s a small planet and we think there is no “away” to throw to. Thinking in circles instead of lines is part of changing that mindset.

Refund Policy

humangear, inc. only offers refunds on products purchased directly through our webstore at www.humangear.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our webstore, you can return goods for a full refund if the following conditions are met: the products have not been used and are still in original packaging, if you cover the cost of the return shipping, and if you purchased the products in the last 30 days. If your return meets these conditions, please email service@humangear.com to initiate the refund process (please include your order number). If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to give you a refund. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the credit card / bank account that the payment came from.

Please note that if you have a package that shows as delivered, but you don’t receive it, we will work with you and the post office to locate the package. We will not issue refunds if packages go missing and show as delivered. Depending on the information provided and at our discretion, we may issue a replacement shipment or store credit to a confirmed address for a missing package.

If a package shows as missing, we will work with you and the post office to locate the package. If the package can’t be located, we will issue store credit or a replacement shipment.

Keep in mind, various retailers have different return policies. If you purchased humangear products from an online retailer or brick-and-mortar store and are looking for a refund, we recommend that you contact them directly for more information on their return policies.

LIFETIME WARRANTY HUMANGEAR, INC.

humangear, inc. stands behind its products. Our products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the product. We guarantee that all goods of humangear, inc. will function as represented, and we will, if the facts are reported to us, repair or replace a naturally damaged product without charge and free of transportation to the purchaser.

humangear, inc. may request that you return the product at issue, and if so, we will provide a prepaid shipping mailer. humangear, inc. cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for evaluation be clean and clear of all liquids or substances. If humangear, inc., in its discretion, determines from the written correspondence and/or from the actual returned product that the product failed to conform to the warranty, then it will either repair or replace the product at humangear, inc.'s option. If a warranted product is no longer sold by humangear, inc., we may replace it with the closest, similar product of equal or lesser value.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

The lifetime warranty sets forth specific legal rights. The consumer may have other rights as a result of variations in state or federal law. This warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements for humangear, inc. products. Inquiries concerning this warranty should be directed via email to service@humangear.com.
