Shockingly Small

I could not believe this backpack is made for adults. It fit my five year old perfectly, but I wasn't looking for a backpack for her. I am sure if I new more about backpack sizes I would have noticed this before based on the size listed, but I was a little clueless. However, my two star review is mostly for the return process of this backpack. Unless you have access to a printer you cannot return this item. I wish they would have included a return label in the packaging or would provide a QR code like Amazon does so that I could have UPS print the label for me. Because of this, I don't see myself ordering from Backcountry again.
