We acknowledge that bags are meant to be used, and we encourage you to do so. However, our guarantee only covers any defects resulting from genuine manufacturing faults, and not normal wear and tear.

Prompt Resolution:

If your bag experiences any issues due to manufacturing defects, please notify us promptly. We're here to make it right for you.

To ensure clarity and fairness of our guarantee, here are the terms and conditions:

1. Proof of Purchase: To make an eligible claim, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or invoice.
2. Normal Use: The guarantee does not cover defects resulting from normal use and also excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or negligence.
3. Warranty Transfer: Our guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
4. Discontinued Products: If your bag model is no longer in production, we may replace it with a similar product of equal value.
